Cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Buen servicio, instalaciones nuevas, habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable y en especial a Martina por todas sus recomendaciones.

Estoy INDIGNADA! esta noche teniamos una reserva hecha desde hace una semana! y nos llaman hoy el mismo dia para decirnos que ha habido un error que hay 2 familias de extranjeros y que solo habian colocado a una familia en una habitacion y que la otra no la habian colocado, asi que nos hechan a nosotros para colocar a la otra familia, aun asi cuando llamamos para reservar que teniamos problemas con la tarjeta mi pareja pregunto: hay algun problema? a lo que nos respondieron que ninguno que podiamos pagar en efectivo, y cuando e llamado yo para quejarme me dicen que ellos dejaron un adelanto pagado y que como nosotros no pues en pocas palabras es lo que hay! estoy super cabreada con este servicio ya que no es mi PROBLEMA que no sepan reorganizarse! y para colmo me dicen q como disculpas an llamado al hotel de enfrente para que pasemos la noche hay y luego al dia siguiente volvamos a este hoy a pasar la otra noche! y como diciendome: si no te gusta pan y agua! Me moria de ganas de venir a este hotel pero ya me lo repienso despues del trato dado...

A relaxing stay in this oasis of calm. Clean,cool, stylish. Great facilities and good food - and a comfortable bed!

Hotel muy tranquilo y bonito

Estuvimos el año pasado y como nos gusto tanto repetimos este año. No parece un hotel masificado por turistas extranjeros, hay también españoles. La comida es muy correcta y de calidad. Ya os contaré cuando volvamos este año, si nos han tratado igual que el año pasado.

Good sized pool for swimming lengths..

Google map is misleading - it looks like the hotel is beachside but it is actually the otherside of a busy main road with 4 lines of traffic to cross. Also, we were in room 204 - very modern, clean room but the shower was a hazard - must be a design fault as the water leaked right through the bathroom and was heading for the corridor. Water had to be mopped up every time we used it. Also, it is very slippery - one has to step out of the shower with caution. An accident waiting to happen. The staff were faultless and very unassuming which made for a relaxing atmosphere. It would have been nice to have breakfast/dinner outside but there is no facility for this except snack bar poolside - which is v pleasant. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation just need to make the showers safer!
