Cancellations
In case you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival, the hotel won’t charge you anything.
In case you cancel or modify your reservation, the hotel will charge you the first night.
In case you do not show up, the hotel will charge you the entire price.

At hotellasgaviotas.es, we have a special interest in guaranteing the privacy of the data provided to us by our customers. The information asked for when doing a reservation is done in order to provide a more efficient service.
Credit card details
We won’t charge anything on the credit cards. The information of your credit card is necessary as a guarantee for your reservation. The stay is paid directly upon arrival at the hotel. The information concerning your credit card is sent to us via a protected server. Hotellasgaviotas.es uses the most modern and safe technologies available on the market, which encrypts the personal data of the credit cards. The method used to encrypt the data is “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL)
Data control
You always have the possibility to get access to your private data at any moment. You can ask for your private data by sending an email to reservas@hotellasgaviotas.es. Please write “Request personal data” on the “matter” line of your email.
If your data is incorrect, we will modify them upon request. You can also send an email to the to the adress given above , so hotellasgaviotas.es can eliminate your personal data from its pool of data.
When does hotellasgaviotas.es send you emails ?
You will receive an email confirming your reservation, as soon as we get your reservation. Please print that email and do not forget to show it to the reception once you arrive at the hotel.
Occasionally, hotellasgaviotas.es is sending an email to its clients after their departure with the request to value the hotel. In case you are not interested in giving us your opinion, you can tell us, and we won’t send you any more emails of this type.
In the process of reservation, you can sign up for a newsletter with our special offers and other information concerning our company. You can always cancel the subscription and will stop sending you this kind of mails.
